Social Justice Collaborative Issues Joint Statement on Recent Supreme Court Immigration Decisions

In the weeks since the Supreme Court handed down its latest rulings, our team has been in courtrooms, consultations, and community meetings, answering the same question again and again: what does this mean for my family?

Together with Legal Aid of Marin and the Marin Rapid Response Network, we released a statement on these decisions, including the rulings that block access to asylum and threaten Temporary Protected Status, and the decision affirming birthright citizenship.

Our message is simple: our communities deserve safety. We will continue providing legal and behavioral health services, advocating for our communities, and fighting for immigrants in Marin County and beyond.
