In 2020, we’ve witnessed more assaults on the laws protecting immigrants and refugees than in any other year in recent U.S. history. The President will stop at nothing to deprive asylum seekers a fair and just chance at obtaining immigration legal status. SJC has been in the trenches, protecting and advancing the rights of immigrant and refugee families. And we will continue the fight, but now it is our turn to ask for your help. While immigration cases become more complex and difficult to maneuver, SJC continues to succeed at nearly 99%.
